For this issue, you may let the users to apply URL links instead of files in the assignment attachments as a workaround.

We'd similar to know if it's a client related event or not, you can check whether the attachments file tin exist upload successfully in https://teams.microsoft.com/ or non. If spider web-side works operation, it should be a client related-outcome.

Meanwhile, please kindly share u.s.a. a screenshot of the entire failed page, and then that we can have a better agreement for such a condition in case missing something.

Hither in the Netherlands (Leiden), we are withal unable to load documents to an Assigment that is based on a Forms quiz.

The teacher has made several test assignments to make sure there was cipher wrong with the document limits; pdf and discussion are allowed etc..

We've tried both the desktop and web versions of Teams to upload our assigment docs, yet we keep receiving the error that 'Upload of the file failed' (red tekst in Dutch "Uploaden van het bestand is mislukt").

I even made sure that my docs were explicitly shared/open in lodge to cull them from my OneDrive.

I have no idea why the docs are still beingness refused. They're not too large for the requirements, they are simple Word docs.

Your assignment has a OneNote attachment.  Did y'all create the assignment in OneNote?  If you did, this is a common mistake that Microsoft has yet to ready. When yous create an assignment in OneNote, you will not exist able upload annihilation else to it, and yous become that bulletin.

The piece of work around is to create the assignment in Teams first, and so add the OneNote page yous want to use.

Hope this helps
